มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยศูนย์ FIN คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร นำทีมนักวิจัยและผู้ประกอบการ คว้ารางวัล “Better Stands Gold Award” ในการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการระดับนานาชาติ งาน Fi Vietnam 2026 ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลที่สะท้อนถึงมาตรฐานการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการระดับสากล ควบคู่กับแนวคิดด้านความยั่งยืนและการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่จัดแสดงอย่างเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
13-15 พฤษภาคม 2569 ศูนย์นวัตกรรมอาหารและบรรจุภัณฑ์ (FIN) คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ นำคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และผู้ประกอบการ ภายใต้โครงการ “Connecting and Strengthen Herbal Capabilities in Mekong-Lancang with Green Technology” เข้าร่วมจัดแสดงผลงานผลิตภัณฑ์นวัตกรรมสารสกัดสมุนไพรและผลิตภัณฑ์มูลค่าสูง ภายในงาน Fi Vietnam 2026 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไซ่ง่อน (SECC) นครโฮจิมินห์ สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม
ภายในบูทนิทรรศการ ได้มีการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านสารสกัดสมุนไพรที่เกิดจากความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัย นักวิจัย และผู้ประกอบการในภูมิภาคแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง โดยได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าชมงาน นักลงทุน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร เครื่องสำอาง และสารสกัดจากหลากหลายประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดการจัดงาน
โครงการดังกล่าวได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกองทุนพิเศษแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง (Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Fund: LMC Fund) และเกิดจากความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานพันธมิตรในภูมิภาค ได้แก่ Souphanouvong University สปป.ลาว, Nong Lam University นครโฮจิมินห์ ประเทศเวียดนาม และ Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) กรุงฮานอย ประเทศเวียดนาม
การเข้าร่วมงาน Fi Vietnam 2026 ในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมอาหาร สมุนไพร และเทคโนโลยีสีเขียว ผ่านความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสใหม่ให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ ยกระดับศักยภาพอุตสาหกรรมสมุนไพร และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในภูมิภาคแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ของสหประชาชาติ โดยเฉพาะ SDG 3, 8, 9, 12, 13 และ 17 ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนานวัตกรรม ความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ และการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
On 14 May 2026, the Food Innovation and Packaging Center (FIN), Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, together with faculty members, researchers, and entrepreneurs under the project “Connecting and strengthen herbal capabilities in Mekong-Lancang with green technology,” continued showcasing innovative herbal extract and high-value products at Fi Vietnam 2026 ณ the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, marking the second day of the exhibition.
The exhibition booth featured innovative herbal extract products and collaborative innovations developed by researchers, universities, and entrepreneurs across the Mekong-Lancang region. The showcase attracted strong interest from international visitors, investors, and food industry experts throughout the event.
In addition, the project booth at Fi Vietnam 2026 received the “Better Stands Gold Award,” reflecting international exhibition standards and the project’s strong commitment to sustainability.
The project is supported by the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Fund (LMC Fund) and carried out through collaboration among regional partner institutions, including Souphanouvong University, Lao PDR; Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Hanoi, Vietnam.
Participation in Fi Vietnam 2026 highlights Chiang Mai University’s commitment to driving innovation, sustainability, and international collaboration while creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs and the herbal innovation industry across the Mekong-Lancang region.
