ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. นายแพทย์พงษ์รักษ์ ศรีบัณฑิตมงคล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ กล่าวต้อนรับและร่วมงานแถลงข่าวงานประชุมนานาชาติ Multi-stakeholder collaboration to strengthen sustainability and resilience of livestock systems in response to drivers of change 13th Global Agenda for Sustainable Livestock (GASL) Multistakeholder Partnership Meeting and the Regional Conference on Sustainable Livestock Transformation โดยมี Ms. Shirley Tarawali, GASL Chair นายไชยา พรหมา รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ นายนิรัตน์ พงษ์สิทธิถาวร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ Mr. Robert Simpson, Senior Adviser to the Assistant Director-General/Regional Representative, FAO Region of Asia Pacific (RAP) นายสัตวแพทย์โสภัชย์ ชวาลกุล, รองอธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์ ดร. นายสัตวแพทย์ ธนวรรษ เทียนสิน Director of Animal Production and Health Division, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), Rome ร่วมพิธีเปิด เพื่อศึกษาเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบปศุสัตว์ ความเชื่อมโยงปัจจัยการขับเคลื่อนกับขอบเขตความยั่งยืนด้านปศุสัตว์ พื้นที่ของความร่วมมือที่จะอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดแนวทางแก้ไขการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านปศุสัตว์ทั่วโลก ณ ห้องประชุมนันทาแกรนด์บอลลูม ชั้น 2 โรงแรมเซนทารา ริเวอร์ไซต์ เชียงใหม่ วันจันทร์ที่ 30 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2566
