Researchers from the CMU Faculty of Science received certificates of honour at the Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards Ceremony held during the Future Thailand event on January 11, 2024, by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).
This award-winning project was titled ‘The Circular Economical Production Process of High-Quality Porous Metal-organic Framework Materials of Aluminium’, which received two major awards: "The Best Foreign Invention" Special Award and a Gold Medal at the 17th International Warsaw Invention Show (IWIS 2023) held between December 12 – 14, 2023, at the Warsaw University of Technology, Poland.
The team members included lead researcher Assistant Professor Dr. Saranphong Yimklan, Assistant Professor Dr. Yothin Chimupala, Dr. Natthawat Semakul and researchers from the CMU Faculty of Science, in collaboration with Associate Professor Dr. Pitiwat Wattanachai (Head coordinator) and Assistant Professor Dr. Tinnakorn Phongthiya (Coordinator) from CMU STeP.
