The International College of Digital Innovation has organized a workshop project on the topic of "Techniques for Writing Operation Manuals to Develop and Increase the Efficiency of Work Processes and to Prepare for Requesting for a Higher Position of Operation Personnel." This workshop aims to encourage all ICDI supporting staff to have knowledge and understanding of the preparation of operational manuals, increase the efficiency of work processes, develop routine work, and prepare for applying for a higher position in the future.
This workshop has a total of six training and practice sessions from February to April 2023 at ICB 1309 and ICB 1313 meeting rooms on the 3rd floor of the International College of Digital Innovation. The lecturers throughout this training were honored by Ms. Pattama Chaksurat, Director of Academic Support and Development Network, the Council of University Administrative of Thailand, and Mr. Nikhom Lainchua, Head of Audio-Visual Services in the Office of Academic Services.
