Faculty of Economics, CMU Welcomes Delegates from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom, to Discuss International Academic and Research Collaboration
On 15 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, led by
Assoc. Prof. Rossarin Osathanunkul, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Economics, together with the faculty’s executive team, warmly welcomed Prof. Emiliya Lazarova and Ms. Carolyn Leong, representatives from University of East Anglia, during their visit to the Faculty of Economics at the Distance Learning Room.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss potential avenues for future academic collaboration between the two institutions. During the meeting, both parties exchanged ideas on several key areas of mutual interest, including joint research initiatives, the development of international academic networks, student exchange opportunities, and various academic activities aimed at enhancing learning experiences and strengthening the capabilities of students and staff at both institutions.
This visit reflects the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University’s commitment to expanding its partnerships with leading international universities to promote academic excellence, research innovation, and sustainable development. It also provides valuable opportunities for students and faculty members to exchange knowledge, experiences, and global perspectives, fostering long-term mutual benefits and meaningful international cooperation.
