On 8 June 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University (ICDI CMU), together with the College’s executives, faculty members, and support staff, participated in a knowledge-sharing visit at the Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University. The activity was conducted under the Innovation Development for Educational and Organizational Excellence Project, supported by Chiang Mai University’s SROI Reward Program. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratchaphon Suntivarakorn, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, along with the faculty’s executive team.

During the visit, ICDI CMU executives and staff learned from the best practices of a leading institution recognized for its achievements in organizational management and human resource development. Discussions focused on strategic organizational leadership, staff capability development and engagement, fostering an adaptive and resilient work culture, and the application of digital technologies and innovation to enhance operational efficiency. Participants also exchanged perspectives on process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and approaches to promoting organizational learning—valuable insights that can be effectively applied to strengthen institutional management and personnel development at ICDI CMU.

This knowledge-sharing activity marks another important step in ICDI CMU’s efforts to expand academic and organizational partnerships. The knowledge and experience gained from the visit will be leveraged to further enhance institutional processes, workforce development, and operational innovation, contributing to greater organizational effectiveness and agility while supporting the College’s pursuit of sustainable excellence. These efforts align with ICDI CMU’s vision of becoming a leading Digital Entrepreneurial School in ASEAN for digital innovation and financial technology, committed to creating value and positive impact through learning, innovation, and collaboration with partners both nationally and internationally.
