Study Visit by the Chiang Mai University Library at the International College of Digital Innovation

International College of Digital Innovation
On Monday, 17 November 2025, the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, warmly welcomed a study visit delegation from the Chiang Mai University Library. The delegation included Ms. Kulpravee Prommaree, Secretary of the Library; Ms. Jiraporn Haboon, Head of General Administrative Section; and Ms. Wararat Aunmungin, Head of Policy and Planning Section. The purpose of the visit was to explore ICDI’s approaches to data management and internal system development.
The delegation observed the operational model of the project SMART INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: MOU Visitor & Academic Collaborations Visa Tracker, which was previously presented at CMU KM DAY 2025 by Ms. Thanyaphorn Sriwichailamphan, International Relations Officer, ICDI. The session also included an exchange of practical experiences in managing international collaboration, data administration, and the application of digital tools such as Google Sheets to enhance workflow efficiency.
The study visit was conducted in a warm and engaging atmosphere, enriched with valuable insights that can be adapted for use across various units. The International College of Digital Innovation extends its sincere appreciation to the Chiang Mai University Library for their interest and participation, and looks forward to future collaboration in innovation and system development.
