On 9 June 2026, the International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University (ICDI CMU), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiwuth Tangsomchai, Associate Dean, together with the College’s executives, faculty members, and support staff, participated in a knowledge-sharing visit at the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University. The activity was conducted under the Innovation Development for Educational and Organizational Excellence Project, supported by Chiang Mai University’s SROI Reward Program. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Asst. Prof. Pongsutti Phuensane, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, along with the faculty’s executive team.

During the visit, ICDI CMU executives, faculty members, and staff exchanged ideas and experiences on organizational development based on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) framework. Discussions focused on the use of data and performance indicators to support strategic management, research management and funding support, the promotion of international scholarly publications, and the development of industry partnerships to enhance research capacity and academic impact. Participants also shared perspectives on preparations for international standards and the development of support systems that contribute to long-term organizational effectiveness and sustainability.

This knowledge-sharing activity reflects ICDI CMU’s commitment to continuously enhancing organizational management quality while strengthening its research and academic capabilities. The insights and best practices gained from the exchange will be applied to further improve institutional processes, research support mechanisms, and staff development initiatives, reinforcing the College’s readiness to advance toward international excellence. These efforts are aligned with ICDI CMU’s vision of becoming a leading Digital Entrepreneurial School in ASEAN for digital innovation and financial technology, dedicated to creating innovation, generating knowledge, and fostering collaboration for sustainable development.
