MIdS CMU Organizes the “MIdS Chinese New Year Festival”

On Tuesday, 17 February 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, organized the “MIdS Chinese New Year Festival” for both Thai and international students of MIdS.

The event was presided over by Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, who delivered the opening remarks. Dr. Pornsuda Insan, Assistant Dean, served as the event coordinator and led a series of recreational team-building activities. The event took place at Meeting Room 2-201, 2nd Floor, Building 2, MIdS CMU.

This activity aimed to promote internationalization through the celebration of the Chinese New Year festival, strengthen relationships and collaboration among students, and encourage cultural and language exchange. The event also contributed to building a strong graduate student network while fostering a friendly and harmonious learning environment.
