MIdS CMU Organizes a Workshop on “Work Smarter with AI: Enhancing Administrative Efficiency with Generative AI”

On Friday, 6 February 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, organized a hands-on workshop entitled “Work Smarter with AI: Enhancing Administrative Efficiency with Generative AI.” The workshop was conducted for the Human Resources Administration Unit, Faculty of Business Administration, Chiang Mai University under the AI Application Training Program for Supporting Staff.

The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the fundamental principles and potential of Generative AI, develop effective prompt-writing skills, and enable the practical application of tools such as Google Workspace, Gemini, and NotebookLM to reduce time spent on document processing and administrative management. In addition, the training emphasized awareness of best practices, ethical considerations, and security issues related to the use of Generative AI.
The workshop was delivered by expert trainers from Big Data Agency Co., Ltd. and took place at Computer Laboratory 2, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Business Administration, Chiang Mai University.
