“Professor of Practice Ekachai Mahaek, Ph.D., Vice President of Chiang Mai University, welcomed delegates of artists from the China Artists Association, China Youth Artists Association, Hebei Women Calligraphers Association, China Women’s Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, Beijing Fine Brushwork and Heavy Color Painting Association, and Chinese Studies and I-Ching Culture during their courtesy visit and presentation of Chinese paintings as part of an academic exchange activity in the fields of Chinese calligraphy and Chinese painting, held in celebration of the 51st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of China, on Thursday, 21 May 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Office of the University, Chiang Mai University.”
