MIdS CMU Visits Faculty of Agro-Industry, CMU, to Exchange Knowledge on CMU-EdPEx Framework and Advance Organizational Excellence

On Wednesday, 10 June 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Salinee Santiteerakul, Associate Dean, and Dr. Pornsuda Insan, Assistant Dean, together with division heads and staff members, conducted a study visit and knowledge-sharing session on CMU-EdPEx framework at Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University.

During the visit, the MIdS delegation engaged in discussions, exchanged ideas, and learned from the experiences of the executives and personnel of Faculty of Agro-Industry regarding key aspects of organizational management under CMU-EdPEx framework. Topics included the alignment of organizational vision, mission, and core values with strategic planning and deployment; the establishment of key organizational performance indicators; listening to the voice of customers and stakeholders; management of partners and suppliers; administration of core and support processes; risk management practices; and the use of EdPEx performance results to drive continuous organizational improvement.
