Dean of Agro-industry Faculty on behalf of winner Team V-passion receives trophy granted by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn

Assist. Prof. Dr. Sujinda Sriwattana, Dean of CMU Faculty of Agro-industry, received the prestigious winner’s trophy of the FoSTAT Food Innovation Contest 2020 granted by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on behalf of Team V-passion. The award-winning project was titled Patties Plant – a plant-based burger patty made from immature soybeans that is tasty, nutritious and convenient. The ceremony was held on June 17, 2022, at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The team’s supervisors were Dr. Sujinda Sriwattana herself and Dr. Shitapan Bai-ngew.
