CMU's Assistant to the President Attended the Inaugural Meeting of the South and Southeast Asian University Network

Associate Professor Thanomporn Laohajaratsang, Ph.D., Assistant to the President, Chiang Mai University joined "The Inaugural meeting of the South and Southeast Asian University Network" during December 9-12, 2018 in Kunming, People's Republic of China. In this occasion, the Assistant to the President met with Professor Yang Lin, the Party Secretary and Professor Lin Wenxun, President of Yunnan University.
The conference aims to promote regional academic cooperation in education, research and faculty exchanges between ASEAN University Network (AUN) and China. In addition to the Inaugural Meeting and the 2nd Presidents Forum, Yunnan University also offers research award, amounting to 1,000,000 yuan, for joint research to be conducted among networking universities.
