CMU Wins Friendly Design Awards 2025 for Inclusive Space Design and Health Innovation

Assistant Professor Dr. Chaiy Rungsiyakull, Director of the CMU Smart City Management Centre, was honored with the Friendly Design Awards 2025 by Ms. Sasithorn Kittidhrakul, Deputy Minister of the Interior, at the 9th Thailand Friendly Design Expo 2025.
The Thailand Friendly Design Expo 2025 is organized by the Friendly Design for All Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, with the theme ‘Equal Access for All’.
The Friendly Design Awards 2025 recognizes CMU’s dedication to creating inclusive spaces, innovative solutions, and accessible services for everyone—including the elderly, people with disabilities, and the general public—supporting the development of a smart city initiative that is inclusive and caters to all segments of society.
