Congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phisit Seesuriyachan on being an Invited Speaker at 2026 KoSFoST, South Korea

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phisit Seesuriyachan, Associate Dean, for being honored as an Invited Speaker at the prestigious 2026 KoSFoST International Symposium and Annual Meeting, organized by The Korean Society of Food Science and Technology.
This year's symposium is held under the theme “Food Science as a Translational Hub: Bridging Bioresources, Biotechnology, and Human Health” and will take place from July 1–3, 2026, at the Daejeon Convention Center, Daejeon, Korea.
During the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phisit will be sharing his profound insights and updating research trends on the following topic: "Present and future of hybrid non-thermal-fermentation platforms: current trends and future perspectives of an emerging food processing technology for sustainable agro-waste valorization and health applications"
