Agro-Industry Student Wins Two Awards at the 35th Annual Meeting of the Thai Society for Biotechnology and International Conference (TSB 2023)

Mr. Thanyawat Kaewsalut, from the CMU Faculty of Agro-industry, received two awards: First Prize for the Poster Presentation of an Industrial Biotechnology Theme and the Overall Best Poster Presentation for his work titled ‘Turning Waste into Wealth: Hydrothermal-Enzymatic Processing of Keratin Wastes for Bioplastic Production’. The research was presented at the 35th Annual Meeting of the Thai Society for Biotechnology and the International Conference (TSB 2023) ‘Sustainable Development through Bio-Circular Green (BCG) Economy Model’ held between November 26 – 29, 2023, at The Greenery Resort in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima. Associate Professor Dr. Thanongsak Chaiyaso was the supervisor and Dr Kamol Yakul was the co-researcher.
