MIdS CMU Welcomes Delegation from Jiangsu Second Normal University, People’s Republic of China

Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School
On Friday, 16 January 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, led by Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, together with Associate Professor Dr. Jirakrit Leelarungrayub, Assistant Dean, welcomed a delegation from Jiangsu Second Normal University, People’s Republic of China.
The delegation was led by Mr. Tian Lei, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Jiangsu Second Normal University, along with accompanying members. The meeting focused on discussions to strengthen academic networking and cooperation, exploring opportunities for China–Thailand academic collaboration, particularly in the field of Sports Science and other disciplines under the administration of MIdS.
Key discussion areas included teaching and learning management, curriculum development, and instructional methodologies, aimed at enhancing students’ practical teaching skills at Jiangsu Second Normal University. The visit also provided an opportunity for academic exchange and collaboration with faculty members from relevant programs.
The meeting was held at Meeting Room 1-101, 1st Floor, MIdS CMU Building, Chiang Mai University.
