On Sunday, August 20, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, the Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation at Chiang Mai University, signed an academic cooperation agreement with Mr. Li Shenghui, President of China Thailand Cross Border Industry Group Co., Ltd. (CTCB) and China Thailand Cross Border International Education Service Co., Ltd. (CTCE), in Kunming, People's Republic of China. The primary objective of this agreement is to establish academic collaboration between the College and the aforementioned organizations. This collaboration aims to promote international programs within educational institutions in the People's Republic of China, achieved through the exchange of knowledge and experience in cross-border e-commerce and related training.
The partnership also entails the development of Innovative Driven Enterprises and the utilization of digital technology to strategize digital marketing. This effort aims to facilitate the export of high-value products to the Chinese market via cross-border e-commerce channels. The intended beneficiaries of this collaboration include students, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), startups, technology entrepreneurs, and community enterprises.
