International College of Digital Innovation
On Sunday, October 27, 2024, the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, along with the delegations, visited East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, to meet with students from the International College of Digital Innovation participating in the 2+2 double degree program between the Digital Innovation Program (International Program) of ICDI, CMU, and the International Economics and Trade Program, School of Business, ECUST. The four participating students are:
1. Ms. Anpanote Kitsamakitkul
2. Ms. Panicha Kiattirakul
3. Ms. Panisara Sirima
4. Mr. Chaloemwut Silphatirathorn
This meeting provided an opportunity for students to share their experiences from the program and offer preparation tips to younger students interested in joining. The double degree program is significant as it allows students to earn bachelor's degrees from both institutions within just four years—two years at ICDI and two years at ECUST. In addition to shortening the study period, this program helps students develop global citizenship skills and enhances their future business opportunities in both countries.
