Enhancing Student Exchange Collaboration with Kagawa University, Japan

On Monday, May 25, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Phanida Juntasopeepun, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, met virtually with Professor Dr. Kimie Tanimoto, Professor, School of Nursing, and Professor Dr. Miwa Yamamoto, Professor of Gerontological Nursing and Head of International Exchange for the School of Nursing at Kagawa University to further strengthen and refine student exchange activities, building on the long-standing partnership between the two institutions. The discussion focused on enhancing exchange activities to better align with the evolving educational context and collaborative directions of both institutions, with the aim of enriching learning experiences for students and faculty members. The discussion also explored opportunities for future joint research and academic collaboration.

The meeting reflected the shared commitment of both institutions to strengthening international partnerships and advancing sustainable global learning experiences for nursing students.
