The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates Team Kakiha Cider (Persimmon Cider) on being awarded funding under the TED Youth Startup Program, specifically the Proof of Concept (POC): Incubator Incentive Program for the Fiscal Year 2026.

The project is supported by the Technology and Innovation-Based Enterprise Development Fund (TED Fund) under the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand.

Kakiha Cider (Persimmon Cider)

An innovative premium wellness beverage developed by transforming grade-drop persimmons into a high-value premium persimmon cider, promoting sustainable utilization of agricultural resources while supporting local value creation and the circular economy.
