ICDI CMU Hosts “Work System Design and Process Management” Training to Advance Sustainable Organizational Excellence

The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University (CMU), organized a training program entitled “Work System Design and Process Management” on 18 February 2026 at the Bua Tong Meeting Room, UNISERV, Chiang Mai University. The program aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of work system design and process management in alignment with the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) framework, with a focus on strengthening systematic and effective organizational management. The event attracted more than 35 participants, including executives, faculty members, and support staff, who actively engaged in the training.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation. The program was honored to welcome Mr. Chetthapong Sinthara, Senior Consultant, Thailand Productivity Institute , and Thailand Quality Award Assessor, as the keynote speaker. He delivered comprehensive insights on work system design, identification of key processes, development of process-level performance indicators, as well as approaches to effective process management and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and respond effectively to stakeholder needs.

The training aimed to strengthen personnel capacity to apply process management concepts to practical operations, foster a learning-oriented organizational culture, and support the College’s journey toward sustainable excellence. This initiative aligns with ICDI’s mission to reinforce robust management systems and promote sustainable organizational development.
