ICDI Organizes Knowledge-Sharing Workshop to Promote Good Governance and Ethical Practices in the Workplace

The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, organized a training and knowledge-sharing workshop entitled “Integrity in Practice: Law, Ethics, and Good Governance for Public Officials” for its support staff at Meeting Room 3, 5th Floor, Chiang Mai University Library. The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of legal principles, professional ethics, and good governance in public service, while fostering an organizational culture built on transparency, integrity, and accountability.

The event was opened by Ms. Pantinee Nestupaluk, Secretary of the International College of Digital Innovation, who welcomed participants and outlined the objectives of the workshop. The training was delivered by Ms. Pathomphon Phatthaphokin, Legal Officer, Legal Affairs Division, Chain Mai University who served as the guest speaker.

During the session, participants gained practical knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to public service, ethical standards for public officials, and approaches to corruption prevention and anti-corruption measures. The workshop also featured discussions of real-life case studies, enabling participants to exchange perspectives and deepen their understanding of how legal principles and good governance can be effectively applied to ensure transparent, accountable, and efficient professional practice.
