CMU welcomes executives from IRPC

Professor Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, M.D., CMU President, and team welcomed Mr. Pranarch Kosayanont, IRPC’s Acting Senior Executive Vice President for Corporate Strategy Planning and Business Development, on his visit to discuss the progress of the collaboration on the Bioplastics Laboratory for Medical Use, CMU Faculty of Science. Both parties signed an MoU on ‘Synthetic Materials for Medical Use’ on June 28, 2022, which consists of two research projects: Medical-grade biodegradable polymers for use in the human body by Associate Professor Dr. Winita Punyodom and team, and hydrogel molding and testing for use as wound-dressing material by Assistant Professor Dr. Runglawan Somsunan and team. The executives of both parties also exchanged ideas for future collaboration at the Office of the University’s ML Pin Malakul Reception Room on January 27, 2023.
