ICDI-CMU organized the European Dining Etiquette activity as part of the SEED Program, with the aim of fostering international engagement among CMU students.

International College of Digital Innovation
The International College of Digital Innovation hosted the European Dining Etiquette event for Chiang Mai University students, providing them with a unique opportunity to enhance their international knowledge and cultural understanding of European table manners. This was achieved through an immersive dining experience that allowed students to gain insights into European culture and dining etiquette. The event was honored by the guest speaker, Mr. Noppadol Boonkao, the restaurant manager of Duangtawan Hotel, who generously shared his expertise and knowledge on European culture and dining etiquette. The event took place on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at the Duangtawan Hotel, Chiang Mai, and saw the enthusiastic participation of 36 international students, faculty, and staff members.
