CMU and Salesforce (Thailand) Host ‘CMU x Salesforce: Fostering Innovation in Higher Education’

On May 28, 2026, at ITSC, Associate Professor Dr. Rattasit Sukhahuta, Vice President, presided over the opening of ‘CMU x Salesforce: Fostering Innovation in Higher Education’. Held as part of the collaboration between CMU and Salesforce (Thailand), the event aimed to promote the application of AI and digital technologies in education and university administration. The program featured presentations on the future of AI agents in university settings, strategies for building a “connected campus”, reducing data silos, ensuring secure system integration through AI governance and developing executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
