MIC Holds Executive Development Program to Strengthen Workforce Focus and Process Management for Healthcare Executives.

On October 27–29, 2025, the Management Innovation Center (MIC), Chiang Mai University Business School, organized the Executive Development Program (EDP) – Module 3: Workforce Focus and Process Management at Meeting Room 3, Faculty of Business Administration, Chiang Mai University.

The program was presided over by Dr. Chanon Chingchayanurak, Director of the Management Innovation Center (MIC), who delivered the opening remarks and welcomed over 30 participants, including executives and personnel from the Faculty of Medicine and the School of Medical Sciences, University of Phayao, as well as executives from Phayao Hospital, Nakornping Hospital, and Chiang Kham Hospital. The training featured distinguished lecturers and experts from both public and private sectors who shared knowledge, experiences, and innovative perspectives on organizational management.

This three-day program focused on enhancing management competencies in Workforce Focus and Process Management, a core component in driving healthcare organizations toward sustainable excellence. Participants gained valuable insights from a lineup of expert speakers, including:
• Ms. Panida Anukul, Group Director – People Transformation & Talent Management, Minor International PCL, who presented “Workforce Focus Case Study: Business Sector.”
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anawat Wisetborisut, Director of the Office of Educational Quality Development, Chiang Mai University, who shared “Workforce Focus and Process Management Case Study: Education Sector.”
• Asst. Prof. Dr. Kemakorn Chaiprasit, Head of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, CMUBS, who led sessions on “Design Thinking and Process Management: Concept” and “Design Thinking and Process Management: Tools and Workshops.”
• Mr. Nattaphat Phueng-uttasah, Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, Kasikorn Investure Co., Ltd., who concluded the program with lectures on “Workforce Engagement and Development” and “Workforce Planning.”

Upon completion, participants received certificates of achievement, marking a significant milestone in strengthening the capacity of healthcare executives to lead their organizations toward sustainable growth and development.
