ICDI Organizes “ICDI Show & Share 2026” to Showcase Digital Innovation and Foster Practical Applications within the Organization

The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, organized the knowledge-sharing event “ICDI Show & Share 2026” under the Digital Capability Development Project. The event aimed to provide a platform for executives, faculty members, and support staff to present their works, exchange ideas, and further develop digital innovations created through the ICDI Innovation Hackathon for Smart Work 2026 toward practical implementation within the organization. The event was held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Bua Tong Conference Room, Academic Service Center, Chiang Mai University.

The activity was organized as a continuation of the ICDI Innovation Hackathon for Smart Work 2026 project, which encouraged ICDI support staff to collaboratively develop digital ideas and innovations under the concept of “Smart Work: Creating Intelligent Work Processes through Digital Technology.” The project focused on leveraging technology to enhance work efficiency, reduce complex procedures, and support systematic collaboration within the organization.

During the event, the Information Technology Unit presented the college’s digital development progress for the fiscal year 2026. The program also featured a Show & Share session where participating teams showcased prototype solutions developed through cross-functional collaboration, reflecting the integration of knowledge and experience from various departments within the college.

The showcased projects were categorized into two main themes:

1. Smart Workflow & Automation Systems
• “ICDI Smart Energy Workflow” – an automated energy and utility usage management system
• “NewsFlow AI” – an intelligent organizational communication management platform
2. Smart Data & Reporting Systems
• “One DataSight” – a centralized strategic decision-making dashboard
• “ICDI Smart G&S Navigator” – a scholarship and opportunity recommendation system
• “ICDI Smart Office Hours+” – an intelligent faculty office hours management system

In addition, the event provided an opportunity for staff members and executives to exchange perspectives and offer recommendations for further development and real-world implementation of these innovations to enhance organizational efficiency.

The event reflected ICDI’s strong commitment to fostering collaborative learning, advancing digital innovation, and strengthening internal cooperation to sustainably support future organizational transformation.
