CAMT Expands Collaboration with Chung-Ang University Towards Joint Microdegree Program Development

The College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Jirawit Yanchinda, Deputy Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Arus Kunkhet, Assistant Dean, and Ms. Apiradee Rochanapratishtha, Head of Educational Services and Student Quality Development, welcomed Professor Jin Youngki and Professor Kim Eunbi, representatives from Virtual Convergence College, Chung-Ang University, Republic of Korea, on the occasion of academic collaboration discussions with the primary goal of elevating the quality of education and research at the international level. This important discussion aimed to support academic collaboration in various dimensions, such as research and innovation collaboration, student and staff exchanges, and the promotion of short-term courses (Microdegree Program) that meet the needs of the current labor market, both online and onsite. This collaboration marks an important step for Chiang Mai University in driving its internationalization strategy, enhancing its capacity to produce quality graduates and research, and promoting lifelong learning in the digital age. The event took place on August 7, 2025, at the EZ Active Classroom 2, Teaching and Learning Innovation Center, Chiang Mai University.
