MIdS CMU Organizes the 2nd Training Workshop on “Principles and Applications of Generative Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector”

On Friday, 20 February 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, organized the 2nd training workshop titled “Principles and Applications of Generative Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector” for personnel from government agencies, private organizations, and members of the public interested in preparing for digital transformation and enhancing their work performance through AI technologies.
The workshop was conducted by a team of expert speakers from Big Data Agency Co., Ltd., featuring lectures and hands-on sessions on public policy frameworks, fundamental concepts of Generative AI, effective Prompt Engineering techniques, and the application of AI in the public sector. Participants also engaged in a Mission-Based Workshop designed to develop practical thinking and AI utilization skills through real-world problem scenarios. The training took place at Room 2-202, 2nd Floor, Building 2, MIdS CMU.
The program aims to provide Upskilling and Reskilling opportunities through a short-term course under the Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary Curriculum Development Project. It supports the mission to advance innovative curriculum models that respond to global trends and aligns with Chiang Mai University’s strategic objective of enhancing educational quality to equip learners with future-ready skills.
