On Friday, 30 January 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, organized a hands-on training workshop entitled “Enhancing the Efficiency of Report Writing and Meeting Summary Preparation,” Batch 2. The program was offered to personnel from the public and private sectors, as well as members of the general public who wished to enhance the effectiveness of report writing and meeting management.
The training was conducted by a team of expert speakers from Big Data Agency Co., Ltd., who delivered lectures and workshops on systematic meeting data management, AI for Transcription (automatic conversion of audio/video into text), the use of AI for summarizing key points from transcripts through real-world summary examples, and a mission-based workshop focusing on summarizing outcomes from actual audio files. The training took place at Room 2–202, 2nd Floor, Building 2, MIdS CMU.
The objective of the program was to support upskilling and reskilling through a short-term training course under the project for developing multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary curricula that align with the mission of advancing innovative and modern learning models responsive to global contexts.
