MIdS Transparency 2026: Driving Transparency and Strengthening Good Governance

On Monday, April 27, 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University organized the “MIdS Transparency 2026” initiative to promote transparency and elevate organizational governance toward international standards.

The session was led by Associate Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, who delivered key policy directions to executives, faculty members, and staff.

- No Gift Policy
A strict policy of refusing all forms of gifts and benefits arising from official duties
- Do / Don’ts Guidelines
Clear ethical guidelines to reduce ambiguity around “gray areas” and promote appropriate professional conduct

The activity took place at the meeting room, Building 2, MIdS CMU.

This initiative aims to build awareness, understanding, and a culture of integrity, reinforcing MIdS CMU’s commitment to transparency, ethics, and good governance across the organization.
