MIdS CMU Organizes the 2nd Workshop on “Publishing in High-Quality International Academic Journals”

On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University (MIdS CMU), organized the 2nd workshop on “Publishing in High-Quality International Academic Journals.” The session was led by Professor Dr. Puangrat Kaewlom, Associate Dean of Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, who served as the keynote speaker for the training.

The workshop was designed for MIdS graduate students to learn essential concepts of research publication, including academic writing techniques, systematic presentation of scholarly work, guidelines for selecting appropriate journals, and strategies for revising manuscripts to meet international standards—enhancing their confidence in submitting articles for publication. The workshop took place at Room 3-208, Building 3, MIdS CMU.

The primary objective of this workshop was to encourage students to publish their research in high-quality international academic journals (Q1–Q2) and to present their scholarly work at international academic conferences in alignment with the graduation requirements of the program. This activity was organized under the MIdS Academic Activities Support Project.
