MIdS CMU Organizes “AI Essentials for Successful Leaders” Workshop

On Friday, September 26, 2025, the Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, hosted the “AI Essentials for Successful Leaders” workshop for executives and members of the Chiang Mai Chamber of Commerce.
The event was opened by Associate Professor Dr. Apichart Sopadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, who welcomed participants and introduced the school. Dr. Kobkit Issarachiwawat, President of the Chiang Mai Chamber of Commerce, also greeted attendees. The workshop was led by Mr. Natdanai Homkhong, CEO of Big Data Agency Co., Ltd., who served as the keynote trainer.
The program aimed to strengthen essential leadership skills in the modern era by applying AI and digital tools to improve efficiency in business and management practices. The workshop highlighted applications of AI in various areas such as Design & Creative, Administration & Operations, Human Resources & Recruitment, while also emphasizing ethical considerations and safety in AI adoption.
This initiative was conducted under the academic collaboration (MoU) between the Chiang Mai Chamber of Commerce and Chiang Mai University, through MIdS CMU. The workshop took place at Room 2-202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.
