Congratulations to the team of Product Development Technology students for receiving the Popular Vote Award and the Compliment Award at the Food Innovation Contest 2025.

Faculty of Agro-Industry

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates a team of Product Development Technology students for their achievement with the innovative product “Mae Boon Sen Suk: Low-Carb Nam Ngiao Rice Noodles”, featuring 50% reduced starch content. The team received the Popular Vote Award and the Compliment Award at the Food Innovation Contest 2025, held on June 13, 2025, at BITEC Bangna Exhibition and Convention Center.

The award-winning team consists of the following Product Development Technology students from the Faculty of Agro-Industry:

* Ms. Fassai Huikian

The team was supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, Assistant Professor Dr. Shitapan Bai-Ngew, Assistant Professor Suwanna Decharatanangkoon, and Lecturer Israpong Pongsirikul.
