Indian Studies Center Chiang Mai University held event “Indian Talk and Cooking Workshop” demonstrated by Accha Authentic Indian Cuisine and Fine August Tea. This event was held on Friday 4th March 2022 at Indian Studies Center Chiang Mai University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University.
“Indian Talk and Cooking Workshop” was held for the third time to demonstrate for students of Chiang Mai University who are interested to learn about how to cook Indian Food for 3 menus including Veg Samosa, Chutney and Aloo Gobi Dry. The event was narrated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suraphong Lorsomradee from Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.
