MIdS CMU Organizes a Workshop on “Publishing in High-Quality International Academic Journals”

On Wednesday, 28 January 2026, from 1:00–4:30 p.m., Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, organized a workshop entitled “Publishing in High-Quality International Academic Journals.” The workshop was opened by Professor Dr. Puangrat Kaewlom, Associate Dean of MIdS CMU, who also served as the principal speaker for the session.

The training was further supported by two additional speakers, Dr. Theerasan Boonupap and Dr. Thidarat Roopngam, who jointly delivered lectures and hands-on guidance to graduate students of MIdS. The workshop was held at Room 2–202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.

The objective of the workshop was to encourage and support graduate students in publishing their research in high-quality international academic journals (Q1–Q2), as well as to promote the presentation of scholarly work at international academic conferences in alignment with the graduation requirements of the academic programs. The activity was organized under the MIdS Academic Activities Support Project, which aims to enhance students’ academic capacity and research dissemination at the international level.
