MIdS CMU Participates in the Opening Ceremony of “Engineer Fair 2026” and Hosts a Program Promotion Booth

On Friday, February 27, 2026, Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University (MIdS CMU), attended the opening ceremony of “Engineer Fair 2026” at the Rittia Building, Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University. On this occasion, MIdS CMU also hosted an exhibition booth to promote its organization and academic programs to students and the general public, providing valuable information to support their decisions on further education and future career paths. Visitors also enjoyed engaging activities at the booth for a chance to win special prizes. The event took place from February 27–28, 2026.

The event was organized by Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University. Associate Professor Dr. Thongchai Fongsamootr, Dean of Faculty of Engineering, delivered the welcome address, followed by the opening remarks by Associate Professor Prasert Rerkkrriangkrai, Vice President of Chiang Mai University. The event aimed to promote knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and networking among alumni, current students, staff, and engineering partners.

A wide range of activities were featured, including panel discussions, engineering project exhibitions, special lectures by distinguished speakers, exhibition booths from organizations and industry partners, as well as inspirational sessions and career guidance activities for students and the general public.
