Male Dormitory

• Male Dormitory (Renovated) consists of buildings 3 and 4
  - First entry 10,850 baht/semester
  - Staying continuously in the next semester 8,750 baht/semester
  
  
• Male Dormitory (Original) consists of buildings 5, 6 and 7
  - First entry 2,400 baht/semester
  - Staying continuously in the next semester 2,200 baht/semester
  

Female Dormitory

• Female Dormitory (Renovated) consists of buildings 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8
  - First entry 10,850 baht/semester
  - Staying continuously in the next semester 8,750 baht/semester
  
  
• Female Dormitory (Original) consists of buildings 2 and 3
  - First entry 2,400 baht/semester
  - Staying continuously in the next semester 2,200 baht/semester
  
  
• Female Dormitory consists of buildings 9(Pink Dorm) and 10(40Y Dorm)
  Female Dormitory 9
  - First entry 7,100 baht/semester
  - Staying continuously in the next semester 6,000 baht/semester
  Female Dormitory 10
  - First entry 9,350 baht/semester
  - Staying continuously in the next semester 7,250 baht/semester
       For both dormitory buildings (Female Dorm 9 and 10)
       Furthermore, students are required to pay monthly fees for electricity, and water supply. These fees must be paid on a monthly basis throughout the duration of the residential stay, and payment is due by the 5th of the following month.

Summary of expenses

- For new stays (first entry) single payment 5,600 baht/semester
- For students staying for the next semester Single payment 4,500 baht/semester


- For new stays (first entry) renting a room 10,100 baht/semester
- For students staying for the next semester, rent a room 9,000 baht / semester

Furthermore, students are required to pay monthly fees for electricity, and water supply. These fees must be paid on a monthly basis throughout the duration of the residential stay, and payment is due by the 5th of the following month.

International Student Dormitory

International Student Dormitory

• Building A
  Superior Double Room
  - For new residents (first-time check-in): 12,000 Baht (including dormitory maintenance fee of 8,000 Baht and damage deposit of 4,000 Baht/person)
  - For the following months: 8,000 Baht/month, including electricity and water charges based on meters
  Standard Room
  - For new residents (first-time check-in): 7,500 Baht (including dormitory maintenance fee of 5,000 Baht and damage deposit of 2,500 Baht/person)
  - For the following months: 5,000 Baht/month, including electricity and water charges based on meters
  
       Furthermore, students are required to pay monthly fees for dormitory maintenance, electricity, and water supply. These fees must be paid on a monthly basis throughout the duration of the residential stay, and payment is due by the 5th of the following month.
  
  
• Building B
  - For new residents (first-time check-in): 7,500 Baht (including dormitory maintenance fee of 5,000 Baht and damage deposit of 2,500 Baht/person)
  - For the following months: 5,000 Baht/month, including electricity and water charges based on meters
       Furthermore, students are required to pay monthly fees for dormitory maintenance, electricity, and water supply. These fees must be paid on a monthly basis throughout the duration of the residential stay, and payment is due by the 5th of the following month.
