Faculty of Agro-Industry

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates a team of Food Science and Technology students for their outstanding achievement with the innovative product **“Perilla Camembert Cheese”** — a plant-based Camembert-style cheese. The team was awarded the prestigious Winner Award and received the Royal Trophy graciously bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the Food Innovation Contest 2025, held on June 13, 2025, at BITEC Bangna Exhibition and Convention Center.

The award-winning team consists of the following Food Science and Technology students from the Faculty of Agro-Industry:
