Led by Assistant Professor Dr. Suparat Wangsrikhun, Dean, along with administrators, faculty members and staff, participated the procession of carrying sacred water from CMU's ceremonial site. This activity was part of the effort to uphold the tradition of the Lanna New Year celebration during the Songkran Festival on April 13, 2026. The procession included significant Buddha images from various temples in Chiang Mai, allowing the tourists to participate in the water-pouring ceremony for blessings. The procession started at Charoen Muang Road, moved across Nawarat Bridge through Tha Phae Gate, and concluded at Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan.
