The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University (CMU), proudly participated in the national flag-raising ceremony held in observance of Thai National Flag Day (September 28th)

The ceremony took place on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 8:00 AM, at the flagpole area in front of Chiang Mai University. ICDI personnel joined the wider university community to attend the event and sing the Thai National Anthem.

The college’s participation served to reinforce and express loyalty and devotion to the Nation, Religion, and the Monarchy. Furthermore, the event was a meaningful occasion to commemorate the profound benevolence of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (Rama VI), who graciously granted the Trairong (Thai Tri-color Flag) to the Thai people.

The ceremony was led by Professor Dr. Pongrak Sribanditmongkol, President of Chiang Mai University. He was joined by university administrators, faculty, staff, students, and students from the CMU Demonstration School, all of whom attended the ceremony with unity and reverence. The strong collective presence of the ICDI and the entire CMU community delivered a powerful and significant display of national pride and patriotism on this important occasion.
