Brainstorm meeting to level up the native chicken production to meet food safety standards by developing a GMP native poultry slaughterhouse

Department of Food Animal Clinic led by Associate Prof. Dr. Prapas Patchanee, Head Department and Assistant Prof. Dr. Suwit Chotinan from Poultry Clinic have called for a meeting with Dr. Phanomsak Promburom, CMU Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Nopporn Wayuchot, Advisor of the Native Chicken Farmers Group in Chomthong District, Mr. Simon Panya, Chairman of the Native Chicken Farmers Group and Mr. Ratthaphat Srichanklad Representative from Central Pattana Foundation, with aims to brainstorm how to level up the native chicken production to meet food safety standards by developing a GMP native poultry slaughterhouse including channels for expanding and distributing products to consumers across the country in order to create added value for native chickens and strengthen Thailand's economic foundation at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Chiang Mai University
