SustainableCampus Management Center : SCMC
On Monday, 17 November 2025, Mae Chan Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province, visited the Sustainable Campus Management Center (SCMC) to study and learn about the “One Data” management framework for developing a centralized organizational database.
The study visit was attended by 15 representatives from Mae Chan Subdistrict Municipality. The main objective was to prepare for the implementation of the “One Data” system—an approach that consolidates, organizes, and manages all organizational data into a unified standard. This ensures accuracy, connectivity, and the effective utilization of data across all functions within the organization.
Mae Chan Subdistrict Municipality recognized the Sustainable Campus Management Center of Chiang Mai University as a capable and experienced institution in the field of smart city data management. Therefore, the municipality requested support in studying the development process, system design, and overall data management practices, with the intention of adopting these insights for its own database development.
Mae Chan Subdistrict Municipality sincerely hopes that this study visit will enhance knowledge, strengthen operational capacity, and support the improvement of public services. The municipality also extends its appreciation to Chiang Mai University for the warm welcome and invaluable information provided.
