On December 14, 2023, Assoc Prof. Terapatt Vannaruemol, Dean of Faculty of Mass Communication, Chiang Mai University, Mr.Tyler Qiu, General Manager - Alibaba Cloud (Thailand) and Mr. Sittiwat Vechayaphan, Head of Cloud Business Solution - Com7 Public Company Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Alibaba Cloud (Thailand) Company Limited and The Faculty of Mass Communication Chiang Mai University and Com7 Public Company Limited on Alibaba Cloud Media Services.
The signing of the MoU was witnessed by Assist. Prof.Dr. Pimonpan Chainan, Vice Dean of Faculty of Mass Communication, Chiang Mai University, Ms. Paruja Chukiatkajorn, Business Development Director - Alibaba Cloud (Thailand), Ms. Teeranuch Pornsirisunthorn, Channel Account Executive - Com7 Public Company Limited and co-witnessed by members of the three parties.
The purpose of this collaboration is to introduce cloud technology to develop the academic potential of students and academic staff in the new economy era and digital transformation. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) also signifies the commencement of collaboration in other related areas that will benefit all parties in the near future.
