Three teams of KM facilitators presented their innovations that built on Intra organizational KM training and KM-related project development that can pass on innovation. The assessment was based on novelty and the level of development, quality, commercial potential, and economic or organisational benefits. The winners’ ideas are as follows.
• Winner: MRTA Internal Commu Super App aiming to optimise the organisational communication process
• First runner-up: Smart Transit Application
• Second runner-up: MRT: Work and Relax Space
The trophies, prize money and certificates for the winners were presented by Mr. Vithaya Punmongkol, the MRTA Deputy Governor (Operations).
