Faculty of Agro-Industry
The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, extends its heartfelt congratulations to Asst. Prof. Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat on being appointed as a Guest Editor Assistant for the internationally renowned peer-reviewed journal Foods.
She has been invited to lead the Special Issue entitled “Recent Advances in Carbohydrate Functionality in Foods,” which highlights the latest scientific advances in the functionality of carbohydrates and their applications in food systems. The Special Issue aims to provide an international platform for researchers to present innovative findings that contribute to the development of food science, technology, and sustainable food innovation.
