MIdS CMU Welcomes Faculty of Architecture, CMU, for Knowledge Exchange on ISO 9001 and ISO 21001 Standards

On Thursday, September 17, 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, led by Prof. Dr. Apichat Sopadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Salinee Santiteerakul, Associate Dean, together with MIdS staff, welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University, for a study visit and knowledge exchange on organizational management in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 21001 standards.

The delegation from Faculty of Architecture was led by Asst. Prof. Ronawee Suwantamalee, Associate Dean for Administration, and Ms. Sumana Parinyaphariwat, Secretary of Faculty, together with faculty staff.

During the visit, MIdS CMU shared knowledge and experiences on organizational management and quality management systems, including approaches to implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 21001, developing quality management processes, and preparing for certification. The session also provided an opportunity for both organizations to exchange perspectives, experiences, and practical approaches to strengthening organizational quality and educational management systems.

The knowledge exchange reflects MIdS CMU’s commitment to continuous quality improvement, effective organizational management, and the development of systematic and sustainable management processes. It also serves as a valuable platform for fostering collaboration and sharing good practices among academic units within Chiang Mai University.

The study visit and knowledge exchange were held at Room 2-202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.
