NurseCMU MOU with Yonsei University to strengthen academic cooperation and drive innovation

The Faculty of Nursing at Chiang Mai University has recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Yonsei University, a prestigious institution in the Republic of Korea. The primary goals of this partnership include promoting research and innovation, facilitating knowledge exchange opportunities for students and faculty on an international scale, and strengthening the relations between the two esteemed institutions. The MOU was signed on June 10, 2024, at Yonsei University in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The signing ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Eui Geum Oh, the Dean of the College of Nursing at Yonsei University, and the executive team. Representing Chiang Mai University were Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanee Kaewthammanukul, Dean; Asst. Prof. Dr. Jutarat Mesukko, Associate Dean for Research, Innovation and Global Mission Integration; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wanpen Songkham, Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies Development. As part of their visit, the delegates from Chiang Mai University had the opportunity to tour Yonsei University's main campus, the College of Nursing, the Esther Shiled's Simulation Center, and the Yonsei Maple Nursing History Museum. This collaboration aims to strengthen academic cooperation, drive innovation, and facilitate robust international exchange, benefiting both institutions and contributing to the advancement of global nursing education and research.
